Exciting News: Introducing Our Food Pantry!

We are thrilled to announce the installation of a Food Pantry at Carnegie Toy Library!

Meet Yashi, a Member of the Carnegie Toy Library.

Yashi has been instrumental in planning & organising for a food pantry to be installed at the Library.

It has been a journey. Yashi started by attending a City of Glen Eira course called Sustainability Champions.

From this course, she decided food pantries were the go.

She met with Helen, President of Carnegie Toy Library and Kirsten from Laneways to discuss the possibility of installing a pantry at our premises at 12 Munro Avenue, Carnegie. Kirsten kindly provided the cabinet.

Sounds Simple!

It has taken many weeks to source, obtain approval, organise delivery, and safely install, all at no cost.

Our new Food Pantry is located at 12 Munro Avenue, Carnegie, and is ready to serve the community.
