How long have you been a TL member?

Since November 2019

Why did you join?

I joined because I wanted to feel more connected to my community and loved the vibe of the Carnegie toy library.

What do you like about the Toy Library?

I love that it promotes a sense of community through philanthropy and environmental sensitivity.

What is your committee role and what does it involve?

I am the events coordinator. I help with planning Open Day, Party in the Park and try to pick up other responsibilities where I can.

Do you have a favourite toy/type of toy?

I don't have a favourite. What I do love is the variety, I could never pick a favourite because there are so many options!

Any tips for new members?

Just do it! Get involved, get your kids involved. It is such an amazing place, run by amazing women who are visionaries and relentlessly work towards keeping the Carnegie Toy library not only operational, but optimally so. I feel lucky to be apart of it!
